They will get £100
How our referral process works
Step 1
Use the contact form below or contact your consultant to submit the details of your referral. It is important you include your details or we won’t know where the referral has come from!
Step 2
The correct consultant will contact your referral and get them registered with us and compliant to go out for work.
Step 3
They work for us for 20 full days (this doesn’t have to be continuous days) or they are placed into a permanent position where they have stayed for 8 weeks.
Step 4
You and your referral get PAID. This will be paid directly into your bank accounts or added to your payslip for the week if you are currently working for us.
